IT Delivery Manager – AI & SaaS Solutions MARS are looking for a Delivery Manager with strong release management expertise and project management skills to oversee the delivery of high-quality AI-driven SaaS solutions. In this role, you'll work with onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth execution, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving, automation-driven environment, working on state-of-the-art AI systems. What You'll Do: Define and implement release methodologies to optimise delivery efficiency. Work with high-performance AI & ML teams, balancing business requirements with release cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders. Oversee onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment and accountability. Manage multiple releases per week, leveraging automation-heavy processes. Problem-solve and sequence releases, ensuring smooth integration across products. Focus on quality over speed, ensuring reliability and stability in releases. Work in a flexible hybrid environment, adjusting hours to align with offshore teams if required. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in release management and software delivery - ideally within SaaS, AI, or high-performance tech environments. A technical background - No coding required, but we're keen on someone who has moved from development into release management. Excellent stakeholder management & problem-solving skills - able to balance priorities, ensure accountability, and keep teams aligned. Experience working with Agile, DevOps & ITIL methodologies. Strong ability to handle multiple stakeholders & high-level release methodologies. Comfortable working with offshore teams and adjusting schedules if required. Why Join?
