About the Role The IT Engagement / Service Manager is responsible for IT Help Desk, client liaison and the promotion of IT services and solutions. The role oversees IT projects and accurate administration of assets, procurement, accounting, and ethical equipment life cycle management. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, the IT Engagement / Service Manager ensures IT projects are delivered to meet stated outcomes and resolves any risks to successful project completion. The role also assists in the development of service reports for all ITS clients and management as required. The role manages service contracts, assets, assists in the development of budgets, ensures sound financial management, and plays a key role in occupational health and safety for self and others. About You We are looking for someone who has: Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role Demonstrated leadership and people management skills Certification as an MCP, Expert MOUS and/or MSCE is highly regarded The successful candidate will: Have a Working with Children Check Have the right to work in Australia full time Undergo a National Police Check before commencement How to Apply If you enjoy working in an organisation and a role with purpose, please download and review the position description.
