Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Field Service Resource to join our End User Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to end users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation. We are looking for an experienced End User Support engineer to join our team to support our client’s laptop, printers, and all end user issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in technologies, including Windows 10 & Windows 11, Printers, Software installation/removal, Intune, Mac OS, etc. and be able to troubleshoot any laptop/printer related issue. This role requires an experienced end user support engineer with over 5+ years of experience in managing end users from small to large scale. A proven track record of supporting and troubleshooting system performance issues, system upgrades; and the deployment of software etc. Basic knowledge of Networking LAN/WAN technologies and troubleshooting network issue from a laptop/printer level. Experience in providing problem analysis and support to resolve complex technical problems in a hybrid environment using ITIL service management framework. Most importantly, should be highly motivated, organized team player and detail-oriented to successfully complete all tasks in a timely manner. Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Your day to day will entail: Provide on-site technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications. Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Document and track all support activities using the IT service management system. Provide training and guidance to end users on the effective use of IT resources. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required. To succeed in this role: Good in SCCM software deployment, Microsoft Intune, etc. Good in supporting Mac laptop/mobile devices. Experience in troubleshooting core application and imaging issues. Provide technical support for all software installation and configuration issues. Ability to install, configure, reconfigure, or reinstall software. Mandatory: Active Directory: Familiarity with managing user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory. Hardware Repair: Ability to perform basic hardware repairs and upgrades. Endpoint Security: Familiarity with endpoint security solutions (e.g., antivirus software, encryption). Remote Support Tools: Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Splashtop. Virtualization: Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Cloud Services: Understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud platforms especially Azure. ITIL Framework: Knowledge of IT service management best practices as per ITIL framework. Service NOW. Good to have: Microsoft Intune. Mac OS support. Working Conditions: This position requires regular travel to various office locations and client sites. Ability to lift and carry IT equipment as needed. Basic support in Data Center like racking and stacking devices, network cable activities, etc. Beneficial Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
