This is a high-profile role that will involve managing a team of approximately 40 people, including 4 direct reports. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Drive the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly the CFO function, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Integration Expertise: Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with other systems, leveraging SAP Integration Suite. Future Team Building: Recruit and develop a skilled team to support the ongoing operations of the SAP S/4HANA system. Required Skills and Experience: Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, particularly Finance and related areas. Expertise in SAP Integration Suite and integration methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
