Reporting to the Head of IT, you will support the Kelly+Partners services team responsible for the management of Information Technology requests for the group. This opportunity may also require occasional on-site support to our many offices across the Greater Sydney region, New South Wales and Inter-state. Position Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for internal support requests, you will be the face of the services team Logging requests in the ticketing system and adhering to service levels Escalation and ownership of requests submitted to our Service Providers and vendors Assist with change management and support of new technology Update documentation and procedures of the operating environment Responsible for understanding customer requirements, collecting data, problem resolution, and resolution of requests Onboarding and offboarding employees Maintain the problem management tool to minimize the adverse impact of incidents and to prevent recurrence of incidents Maintain the Configuration Management Database with all Kelly Partners business-critical configuration items Providing staff with in-depth visibility of all accumulated IT assets and services Maintain the asset management tool to monitor and manage assets on the network from implementation to disposal Configuring user access to core business applications Quotation and procurement of IT equipment, with management approval Support hardware refresh cycles including the rollout and secure disposal of hardware Support acquisitions and system integration Responsible for reporting on service levels of their own role About You University degree/diploma in the field of computer science or experience in an IT support or similar role Holds a valid driver's license Ability to manage competing priorities Expertise in managing requests via ticketing systems Hands-on experience with user administration and data networks Successful record of understanding and logging complex requests Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL Exceptional written and oral communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
