You will be an experienced IT Project Delivery Manager based in Sydney or Melbourne, who will be accountable for the successful execution of a portfolio of projects within the IT and Digital team, ensuring business-driven outcomes. Reporting to the Head of IT and Digital and collaborating with all IT and business leaders, this role encompasses all facets of the project lifecycle, including planning, resource management, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and the realisation of benefits as defined in the project initiation stages. Closing Date 21- February- 2025 What you will do Plan and oversee projects within the organisation, from inception through to completion. Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to business requirements and company objectives. Identify and mitigate risks which may impact the successful delivery of a project. Develop detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, work-streams & activities. Create project budgets as well as regularly monitoring forecasts and spending to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management of project resources, business resources and senior management in a timely and appropriate manner. Track project progress (scope, schedule, budget etc.) and provide necessary reports to management as required. Who you are Project delivery experience involving technologies such as SAP, CRM, HRIS and other systems and infrastructure, in particular related to corporate & professional services systems. Commercial acumen with the ability to build & manage stakeholder relationships. Experience with process integration & consolidation. Experience in training and presentation skills highly desirable. Tertiary Degree in IT or relevant discipline including industry certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP highly desirable. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence & negotiate. MUST have Permanent Residency or be an Australian Citizen or have full working rights.
