Job Description

As the Service Desk Analyst , your role goes beyond fixing problems – you’ll be the point of contact for incidents and service requests. You will continually look to improve process and offer the best customer service to the client. This role requires you to be on site 5 days a week, working 8am – 5pm. This is a level 1 to 1.5 IT support role.Location: Brisbane CBDContract duration: 12 monthsHourly rate: $40phWorking week: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Some of the key things you’ll do: Manage incidents and service requests with efficient triage and technical troubleshooting. Encourage knowledge sharing among Service Desk Analysts to improve customer service and first call resolution. Handle cases and tickets meticulously, ensuring high-quality information capture. Analyse ticketing trends and provide insightful reports for future strategies. What we’re looking for: At least 3 years experience in a help desk/service desk or IT support role – ESSENTIAL Demonstrated experience in desktop support and strong troubleshooting skills. Familiar with the Microsoft tech stack. Proficient in Active Directory administration, Azure, Email Provisioning/Exchange management, and Office 365. Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with ServiceNow. Previous experience in a level one support role. You must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency for this role.
