As the IT Service Support at Built, you will provide hardware and software support which meets user and business needs. You will manage, monitor, and track user-related issues and resolve them. This is a great all-rounder role where you will maintain all aspects of the Built IT environment. Experience with onboarding and offboarding of new and old staff is a must-have.
