Come join our professional team and start building your own kind of career in K Group!About The Role As a sourcing manager, your responsibilities include: Supporting stakeholder teams in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a variety of information technology agreements with legal counsel support when needed and to ensure compliance with Kesko’s contracting policies and standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams (Business team, IT, Legal, Risk, etc.) and other colleagues to solve problems, build partnerships, and close deals quickly. Assisting with contract administration activities, updating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of the contract management system. Managing and monitoring the contract lifecycle from end to end (annual clock). Managing your responsibility area and actively identifying cost-saving opportunities, including eliminating overlapping’s. Conducting meetings with internal partners to understand business priorities, provide updates on agreement status, and respond to complex questions on specific agreements and contractual terms. Facilitating assigned RFx processes including working with stakeholders to identify requirements, facilitate sourcing events, and manage the vendor selection process. Co-operating with Kesko organizations in different industries and in all operating countries. The primary responsibility area will be defined based on your expertise. What We Are Looking For As a person, you have a service-oriented attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a determined persistence through challenges. A team-oriented and collaborative approach to work is key to succeed in this role, along with a proven ability to start and drive results independently. We also expect you to have a Master’s or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contracts in the area of IT sourcing. Proven track record of delivering measurable value through successful contract negotiations. Experience in working collaboratively and supporting multiple sourcing initiatives. Experience in managing and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Experience using procurement data to identify strategic opportunities to improve value. Experience in providing consultative sourcing support to internal stakeholders. Outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship skills with attention to detail.
