Job Description

Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for employees and consultants at two locations: South San Francisco and Brisbane. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Assist with system setup, installations, and configurations for new employees. Ensure consistent IT infrastructure reliability and performance across both locations. Monitor IT systems and proactively address potential technical problems. Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and improve IT solutions. Support the team with IT asset management, software installations, and updates. Manage user permissions, password resets, and access requests. Deliver technical assistance through various channels including phone, email, and in-person support. Ensure all IT operations comply with security protocols and company standards. Qualifications 5+ years of Onsite Desktop Support experience. Jira or Zendesk experience. Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS experience. Ability to multi-task and experience working in a fast-paced environment. White Glove Service experience. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar credentials. Previous experience in deskside support or similar roles. Location & Work Schedule Onsite at two locations (South San Francisco & Brisbane). 5 days a week, alternating between South San Francisco and Brisbane.
