About The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Manager to join our team based at Hendra. As an IT Support Manager your duties will include, but not be limited to: Oversee, mentor, and support a team of IT Support Officers to ensure IT support services meet business needs and SLAs. Prioritize workloads, monitor team performance, and ensure efficient ticket management using Jira Service Management. Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring prompt resolution with minimal disruption. Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams for escalated infrastructure and application support needs. Oversee the creation of comprehensive How-To guides, user documentation, and FAQs for self-service. Manage the setup, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, and peripherals). Identify opportunities to streamline IT support workflows and processes through automation and innovation. About You Are you the person CV needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be! Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership role. ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience in IT service management. Strong knowledge of end-user device management, IT support tools, and common business applications. Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with IT Operations, Business Applications and external vendors. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. A growth mindset and passion for driving continuous improvement and team development.
