Join our Team About this opportunity The Support Specialist role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. What you will do Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Respond to queries over the phone, chat, or web tickets and log tickets for incidents and service requests on behalf of IT users Ask questions to resolve the nature of the problem and walk customers through the problem-solving process and install, modify, and repair computer software Clean up computers and run diagnostic programs to resolve problems and install computer peripherals for users Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems including all issues which fall under the scope of support for EGI Assist users with My Ericsson Portal & sub-application issues like password reset, access add/change/remove, user guidance (how to), and troubleshooting (application administration) related queries Gain feedback from customers about computer usage and run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or chat Why join Ericsson?
