Base pay range A$115,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps - Connecting Australian companies and leaders with the very best talent in the market Newly created role in leading NFP Hybrid (1-3 days in office), South-east location $110k-120k +super + NFP salary packaging A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Systems Engineer/Active Directory Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract, which is likely to transition to a permanent role. This 100% project focused role will require you to draw heavily on your AD experience, and have strong experience managing both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial. Key Responsibilities Lead problem resolution, provide technical guidance, and mentor other team members on all things Active Directory and related systems. Deliver key project outcomes for a significant programme of work, ensuring alignment with business needs. Identify, design, and implement technical solutions that address business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders every step of the way. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organisation's cybersecurity, safeguarding critical systems and data. Act as a key liaison between technical teams, project teams, vendors, and the business, ensuring seamless communication and project success. Support the Infrastructure Manager in refining internal practices and processes, driving operational excellence. About you Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related domain services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) design, implementation, and management expertise. Azure environment systems design, deployment, management, and scaling experience. Role-Based Access Controls design and implementation for secure system access. Experience designing and implementing Virtualization (VMWare/Azure), Backup and Recovery technologies (Veeam/Azure). VDI technologies management and implementation experience. Experience managing and maintaining Server and SAN hardware technologies. Successful project delivery within teams, including vendor liaison and negotiation.
