We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ITS Project Manager to bring to life Infoxchange’s mission of Technology for Social Justice. This full-time permanent role will be based in Melbourne, Victoria. About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager, ideally with a background in the Not-for-Profit sector, to lead and manage projects that deliver top-tier Managed Support Services to a diverse range of NFP and community sector customers. You will: Project Manage the end-to-end management of technology transition projects for the customers. Oversee the configuration, migration, and implementation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and telephony systems. Manage the planning, execution, and upgrade of network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and support for all technology operations. Lead the deployment of endpoint devices, ensuring they are properly set up and aligned with project specifications. Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, clients, and vendors, providing updates and ensuring smooth communication throughout project lifecycles. Identify potential risks and challenges in projects, proactively addressing them to ensure timely and successful delivery. Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations by conducting thorough testing and validation processes. About you To succeed in this role at Infoxchange, you will demonstrate: A track record of successful project management, ideally delivered in the NFP, community or IT sectors. Experience planning and managing technology projects, such as network builds, office relocations, teams telephony rollout, security uplift, usecure deployment and configuration, and cloud migration. Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and experience creating and maintaining project plans and schedules. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, change, and risk. Demonstrated stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and negotiation skills. Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position. What we offer: A great team to work with! A base salary of $95,000 - $105,000 plus superannuation and 17.5% annual leave loading.
