Job Description

We are looking for an ITSM Coordinator. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating IT service management activities to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients. Responsibilities: Experience working with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or Remedy Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices Ability to coordinate and manage service requests, incidents, and changes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask ITIL certification is a plus About Us: Zone IT Solutions is an Australia-based Recruitment Company.
