ITSM Transformation / Delivery Manager (CW10005) Canberra, Australia Salary: AUD140 - AUD160 per hour + Weekly pay options NV1 security clearance mandatory Our client, a large Federal Government agency who promotes and protects Australia’s international interests to support our security and prosperity, is seeking an experienced ITSM Transformation / Delivery Manager to join their team. As an ITSM Transformation / Delivery Manager , you will play a pivotal role in transforming the department's ITSM services and practices, through oversight and governance on the implementation of new ITSM tools, uplifting processes, and delivering exceptional value to the Department. Criteria: Minimum 5 years IT service management and/or service delivery experience, with a focus on process optimisation, transformation, risk management and organisational change management; Strong understanding of IT Service Management and the ITIL Service Lifecycle; Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives, managing technical and project delivery teams; Qualification and/or accreditation in service management, project management, quality management, systems, tools, frameworks, and standards (i.e., ITIL, ISO20000, PMBOK, Prince2, COBIT , etc); IT Project Management experience, including working knowledge in project management systems and tools (e.g. DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project ) is highly desirable; Experience with BMC Remedy and/or Helix would be advantageous.
