As an Identity Management Engineer, you will implement and support ASIC's Identity and Access Management systems and solutions, focusing on projects. Sydney preferred Salary from $123,444 - $140,180 (dependent upon experience) + 15.4% superannuation Permanent Applications close at 11:59pm AEST, 21 March 2025 The team Information Technology Services offers comprehensive IT facilities and support to ASIC. We are undertaking major projects to transform our business, focusing on virtualization, mobility, cloud, data sharing, and analytics. By leveraging the latest technology, we aim to make ASIC a 'best in class' regulator supporting the Australian financial markets. The role As an Identity Management Engineer, you will implement and support ASIC's Identity and Access Management systems and solutions which will include the design and implementation of identity management solutions, including use provisioning, authentication and access control. Responsibilities will also include: Develop and enforce access policies to ensure only authorized individuals access sensitive data and systems. Integrate identity management solutions with various applications and systems to streamline access and enhance security. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity management and access control. Maintain comprehensive documentation of identity management processes, policies, and configurations. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation. Maintain lifecycle management of identity and access solutions to ISM standards. Follow ASIC's ITIL processes such as incident and change management. Support critical operational changes, incidents, and project implementation outside of regular hours as needed. About you As well as a proven passion for Identity Management, you will have experience (5 years) in implementing and managing IAM Solutions including Oracle IAM stack, SailPoint, OKTA, and Entra ID. Ideally you will also have the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with Radiator and Microsoft Network Policy Server. In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, access governance, and role-based access control. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies. Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management/privileged Identity Management, etc. About ASIC ASIC's remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
