Immunology Account Manager Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships in the healthcare industry and making an impact in Immunology? We’re looking for an experienced Immunology Account Manager to join our team in QLD, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our innovative Immunology therapies. In this role, you’ll develop strong, lasting relationships with specialist customers across your territory, effectively communicating the value of our products, and ensuring we meet the needs of both healthcare professionals and patients.Key Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets: Drive growth by promoting products to key specialist customers. Build Relationships: Establish long-term, trust-based partnerships with specialists and other prescribers in Immunology. Understand Customer Needs: Utilize Value-Based and Institutional Selling techniques to identify and address customer needs. Scientific Expertise: Maintain deep, current knowledge of products and relevant clinical information, ensuring credibility in every interaction. Territory Business Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for your assigned territory and specialist accounts. Program Implementation: Create and execute multi-channel programs, including face-to-face, virtual meetings, Peer to Peer programs, and more to raise awareness and drive product adoption. Financial & Commercial Oversight: Ensure effective financial and commercial management within the territory. Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally and lead educational initiatives like speaker meetings, webinars, and other events to enhance customer engagement. Key Challenges & Environment: A deep understanding of Immunology, including Dermatology and Rheumatology, is critical. Technical expertise is essential to influence decision-makers and ensure patient safety. The role demands exceptional account management skills to maximize resources and meet customer needs across a large geographic area. Building strong networks and collaborating with colleagues across teams will be crucial. Requirements & Competencies: Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in Science, Pharmacy, Business, Nursing, or a related field is essential. Industry Experience: Proven success in a Specialty Sales role within the Pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Immunology (Dermatology/Rheumatology experience is highly desirable). Key Skills & Attributes: Strategic Selling: Ability to target and build strategic customer relationships. Account & Stakeholder Management: Expertise in managing key accounts and strengthening relationships with key influencers. Scientific Knowledge: Ability to communicate complex scientific information with credibility to specialists. Professional Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver high-quality information. Business Acumen: Understanding of business drivers to create mutually beneficial solutions for customers and the organization. Planning & Execution: Strong organizational skills to strategically plan and execute territory actions. Leadership & Resilience: Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to adapt to change.
