Milestone IT is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Analyst to join a dynamic team on a contract basis. This role will be instrumental in successfully implementing an Oracle ERP Cloud solution. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business process leads to plan and execute cutover preparations. Assist the data migration lead in validating data integrity and accuracy within the Oracle ERP system. Support business process leads in conducting integration testing, retesting, and defect resolution during the UAT phase. Contribute to the successful implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud finance or SCM modules. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, particularly in finance or SCM modules. Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and data migration techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
