In-House Legal Counsel, APAC - Global Construction Organisation (3-5 Years PQE) Our client is a leading global construction and engineering company with offices in over 100 countries, dedicated to sustainable development and is seeking a talented front-end construction lawyer with 3-5 years’ experience. Responsibilities: Provision of varied legal advice to the region Provide an interface between the Regional Legal Team and the broader office community Participation in the development of legal resources for the region Support commercial management of high-risk projects for negotiation of contract and ongoing contractual requirements Assistance with claims management and support for the bid team with commercial and contractual negotiations The Successful Candidate will have: 3-5 years PQE experience Knowledge of construction law and the construction industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand cultural differences and approaches and adapt style for best outcome Identifies, understands, and proactively acts on issues, problems & opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
