Respected organisation Progressive mindset; strong foundation Diverse portfolio of insurance brands Skills & Responsibilities You will be a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer at the 3-5 year level who would like to move in-house. Your New Role This role will see you support the Head of Legal of this cross-Tasman multi-line insurance brokerage. As part of a small team of four (4) lawyers, including yourself, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements – including sale of business, shareholder agreements, schemes of arrangement, preference shares, and restraints of trade. This is a respected global organisation, working closely with a small Australian (Sydney and Newcastle) and NZ team of lawyers. You will engage with a diverse portfolio of insurance brands, experience infinite growth, and have active engagement with regulators.
