The successful candidate will work closely with the business structuring co-investment deal flow and partnerships with fund managers, as well as taking an active role in relationships and exposures to assist investment decisions and drive value creation. The successful candidate must have the ability to provide high-quality commercial advice that is risk aware and timely, coupled with the autonomy to draft and negotiate complex and high-value legal agreements. This is a senior level hire reporting to a Director and applicants require solid experience (7-10 years +) with exposure to high-profile transactions across private equity, venture capital, infrastructure and funds.
