We’re looking for a responsible and highly organised Inbound Logistic Coordinator (The internal job title is Brewing Materials Specialist) to join our brewing team in Lidcombe on a 12-14 month contract. A Day in the Life: As part of our brewing team, you’ll oversee the management of raw materials, from delivery to usage. You’ll conduct quality inspections, maintain appropriate stock levels on-site, and support product quality compliance. You’ll also assist the production teams by ensuring smooth raw material management. Key Responsibilities: Safety: Promote safe work practices, ensure PPE compliance, and resolve safety issues. Delivery & Performance: Timely unloading, receipt, and storage of inbound raw materials. Manage inventory, quality control, material movements, and problem-solving using tools like 5Y, DMAIC, and FIT. Coordinate logistics with suppliers. Quality & Environment: Inspect incoming materials to verify the correct quantity and quality per approved standards. Maintain SEQIS and SAP specs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance. Improvement & Systems: Support quality initiatives, drive improvements, and coach team members. Lion Team Expectations: Foster a culture of safety, continuous learning, and system/process improvements. What You Need: Strong attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills. SAP experience (preferred). Excellent communication and time management skills. Forklift licence (preferred, training available). Experience & Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing (ideally in beverage/FMCG). Familiarity with SAP, SEQIS, Excel, and statistical tools. Background in procurement/materials preferred. Brewing General Certificate (preferred but not required).
