What you’ll be doing As an Inbound SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers who have expressed interest in our products. Your primary responsibility is to engage with inbound leads, qualify their needs, and schedule meetings or demos for our sales teams. You’ll play a crucial role in our revenue growth by ensuring a seamless transition from marketing-generated leads to qualified sales opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll be involved in: Lead Qualification: Respond to inbound leads promptly and assess their fit using qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC). Engagement & Outreach: Initiate conversations via phone, email, and chat to understand prospects’ needs and pain points. Schedule Sales Meetings: Book demos and discovery calls for Account Executives (AEs) with highly qualified leads. Educate & Nurture Leads: Provide prospects with relevant information, resources, and insights to guide them through the sales funnel. CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead records in (CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring proper tracking and follow-ups. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion trends to optimize inbound lead generation efforts. Objection Handling: Address initial concerns or questions from prospects and position our solution effectively. Pipeline Contribution: Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and meetings booked. Who we’re looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Basic experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach. Strong ability to engage, build rapport, and qualify prospects effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a proactive attitude. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. A passion for SaaS, technology, and helping businesses solve problems. Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar (nice to have) What your impact and success looks like As an Inbound SDR we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Within 1 month: Have gained product understanding and be able to confidently elevator pitch the product. To have gained CRM understanding. To understand criteria of what constitutes a good lead. Within 3 months: To work with the Regional Sales Manager team to ensure smooth lead handover. Are comfortable being able to prospect and build a target list to establish long term success. Can talk to the property industry in a way that resonates with the customer base. Within 6 months: Are regularly hitting KPI metrics. In a position to attend industry events and expand network. What’s in it for you?
