Inbound Sales and Customer Service Consultants x 20 Excellent Benefits + 4 days WFH once fully trained Onsite Training provided at our Perth Office for first 6 weeks Once trained and competent in role, work from home 4 days per week Part time option available: Minimum 22.5 hours, which can be worked over 3, 4 or 5 days. Key responsibilities (however, not limited to the below): Providing accurate information efficiently and in relation to home and motor general insurance products Establishing new policies within agreed delegated levels of authority Updating and providing accurate information on existing policies Retention of existing policies for Customers looking to cancel Achieve set business key performance indicators (KPI’s) Maintain accurate customer and policy records on General Insurance systems via quality data processing Objection handling and problem-solving Customer concerns and queries Your knowledge & experience Previous experience in any retail, hospitality or contact centre customer service position Strong focus on delivery of superior customer service Proven capability to interact over the telephone in a clear and professional manner If shortlisted, you will receive a questionnaire to complete as part of your application.
