Working within cross-functional environments, you will be responsible for coordinating assigned incidents related to regulatory compliance matters and support action close-out under the reporting regime to deliver exceptional member experience, compliance, and ongoing improvement. What will you be doing? Supporting the coordination of incident investigation for completeness and accuracy, including root cause analysis and providing recommendations or solutions to prevent further incident occurrence Consulting with operational teams, Incident Owners, Risk & Compliance, and Legal as required Guiding the scope of any data collation for investigation/remediation/rectification Reviewing and analysing data to ensure it is fit for purpose Creating adequate actions to rectify incidents in scope and prevent/reduce recurrence, including but not limited to document, process, coaching, system changes Supporting remediation and rectification activities as required by Incident Owners Supporting and contributing to maturing the risk culture and capability across Insurance Additional duties to support the business as reasonably required About you Broad knowledge of insurance industry practices and the regulatory environment An understanding of Insurance Contracts Act, Insurance code of practice and other general insurance specific legislation Demonstrated understanding of industry trends, current best practice and quality standards Ability to collaborate effectively and influence relationships with varied internal stakeholders Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consider critical business needs Proactive project, risk management and problem-solving skills Proven resilience in handling difficult conversations with stakeholders at all levels Ability to operate effectively in a values/behaviours based organisation Exposure to compliance, regulations and quality assurance is preferrable along with industry recognized qualifications Knowledge of RAC’s policies, procedures, systems and reporting is preferrable What’s in it for you?
