Reporting to the Training Superintendent, an opportunity exists for a proactive and organised Inductions & Training Officer to join the Health, Safety & Training team. As a member of the Health, Safety & Training team, you will be challenged but rewarded by knowing that you have a positive influence in the business. You will be professional and highly organised with experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities. Responsibilities: Providing a high level of administration support and work collaboratively with all personnel Processing induction applications to support the onboarding of new starters to the mine site Supporting visitor access to the mine site Maintaining skills for the workforce through our training management system Assisting in the coordination of specialised training programs in consultation with the Training Superintendent. As the successful Inductions & Training Officer, you will have: 3+ years’ experience in training systems, with a focus on compliance and mid-sized project work Excellent attention to detail, be responsive, enthusiastic, innovative and a self-motivated person A can-do attitude and are keen to work with the HST Team in a dynamic environment Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to meet deadlines Experience in training management systems, and online portals/platforms will be viewed favourably A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be viewed favourably Previous experience and/or working towards a career in Training will be highly regarded.
