Within the Operations Digital Solutions (ODS) team, you will play a key role in shaping and driving business-critical, cross-functional teams that are central to the future of our organization. Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction and business architecture expertise while overseeing the execution of high-impact initiatives. You will manage relationships across various teams, lead the integration of business processes and digital solutions, and steer key decisions through deep analysis, research, and proactive forward planning. Your collaboration with diverse stakeholders and ability to influence senior executives will ensure our programs align with business objectives and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional outcomes. What you will be doing: Provide strategic guidance and business architecture expertise to senior and executive management on operational trends, process optimization, and business risks. Conduct thorough business analysis on complex challenges, leveraging internal and external data sources to inform decision-making and drive actionable insights. Collaborate with IT architects to ensure that technology and infrastructure support the business goals. Lead and oversee cross-functional, business-critical programs and initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet strategic objectives. Drive product design and implement innovative business solutions, ensuring alignment with FedEx corporate standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations that enhance business performance and support cost and resource management. Drive digital transformation initiatives across Europe and be able to navigate change management procedures. Develop comprehensive reports, business plans, and strategic proposals for senior leadership, influencing corporate goals and initiatives. Ensure continued compliance with FedEx internal processes, industry standards, and legislative requirements across all program phases. Build and maintain strong relationships across divisions and executive teams, contributing to the alignment and achievement of business goals and strategic objectives. What do you bring with you: A degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline. Excellent command of English both written and spoken. 2-5 years of relevant experience in program-, project-, and/or product management, engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing vendors. Strong planning and organizing skills, with experience in developing and improving team processes and procedures. Familiarity with research, data analysis, and applying technical solutions to complex problems. Expertise in managing projects with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Experience in forward planning and organizing work over mid-term periods (up to a quarter). Regular interaction with first-line management, senior management, directors, and officers (VP level and above). Strong presentation and influencing skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic cross-functional environment. Desirable Knowledge in the form of certifications or business accreditation in project management, systems engineering, or a related field are an advantage. Ability to interpret the technology landscape and how this connects to the business. And also be able to quickly learn about business processes and technologies used in the specified areas.
