Industry Workforce Policy & Insights Officer Job posted: 19/01/2025 Occupation: Policy Reference: 6584 About the opportunity The Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA) is seeking an Industry Workforce Policy and Insights Officer to contribute to the development and implementation of policies, practices and guidelines intended to achieve positive outcomes under Victoria’s Social Procurement Framework and Local Jobs First Policy. SRLA’s Industry Workforce Policy and Insights Officer will work in a public sector and commercial environment to provide data analysis and policy advice supporting the realisation of benefits defined in SRLA’s Business and Investment Case (BIC), Victorian Government policies and contracts with delivery partners. The successful person will play an important role in ensuring accurate reporting and policy implementation is embedded across multiple SRL works packages, each at various stages of delivery. Working with SRLA teams and delivery and industry partners, they will promote a culture of collaboration and inclusion, embracing best-practice, continuous improvement and innovation.
