About the opportunity We are excited to share a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a qualified professional to support our Information Management Analysts in delivering cutting-edge records and information management solutions across our business units. In this high-performing team, the ideal candidate will have a background in project support, records and information management, and the analysis and documentation of business processes to ensure compliance with the State Records Act 1998. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of tackling complex tasks while engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders. Qualifications and experience Certificate IV in Recordkeeping or Information Technology A minimum 4 years’ experience in Records Management Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Records Management business rules, procedures, practices, and policy Knowledge and demonstrated experience applying the NSW State Records Act 1998, associated standards and other relevant legislation Demonstrated experience in completion of projects in the support of end users in the use of recordkeeping systems Experience in the analysis and documentation of business processes leading to the development of appropriate information solutions and strategies System administrator knowledge of EDMS – Content Manager (CM9). Experience in project and/or change management practices High level computer literacy and ability to use a range of software products Demonstrated experience and knowledge in using Kodak scanning applications. Remuneration and benefits The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
