The Opportunity Due to continual organisational growth, CPP is seeking an engaging and influential Information Management Lead to shape the future of our document control processes in this newly created role. As the Information Management Lead, you will play a significant role in defining, implementing, and maintaining information management processes and systems across CPP. This national-level role is key to ensuring consistent document control processes are adopted across the business. The successful incumbent will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders and play a pivotal role in mentoring our growing team of experienced document controllers. Desired Skills and Experience About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Experience working in a similar role gained in the construction, or other similar project management industry Knowledge of industry document control best practices including filing systems, databases, document numbering practices and revision control Well versed with best-in-class document management systems such as InEight Document (formerly Teambinder) or Aconex Ability to act as a change agent to influence and work collaboratively with various stakeholders Previous experience mentoring or managing document controllers is desirable however not essential Why Join Us?
