This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our eCommerce platform: As a Business Analyst, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly online platforms. Lead the transformation of our eCommerce platform. Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure exceptional communication and alignment. Support the enhancement, testing, and rollout of our digital platform. Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for eCommerce and user interface enhancements. Ensure a user-focused approach to platform design, optimizing for intuitive navigation and engagement. Develop functional specifications and user stories for website development. Collaborate with design and development teams to create best-in-class user experiences. Communication and Collaboration Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure clear, consistent communication to align expectations and outcomes. Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting as needed. Project and System Support Partner with the Technical Lead to manage project deliverables and timelines. Lead testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts. Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve usability. Provide end-user support and troubleshooting as required. What We’re Looking For? Essential Skills and Experience Experience in eCommerce platforms, website development, and user interface design. Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Several years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with Agile methodology experience. Analytical, proactive, and highly organized, with a collaborative mindset.
