Complete required artifacts and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth transition to Operations. Key Responsibilities: Align ITSM/ITIL practices with organizational goals. Provide guidance in governance forums for service design and transition. Support Service Design & Operational Readiness activities, ensuring timely artifact delivery. Adhere to IT Change Management policies. Offer best practice guidance in Technical Design Authority sessions. Coordinate with stakeholders for project transition to Operations. Facilitate collaboration between program/project teams and operations. Ensure IT Operational Readiness and Support activities meet standards. Identify process improvement opportunities.
