Information and Communication Technology Team Leader INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY TEAM LEADER Corporate and Community Services Department Reference No: HR037/25 Do you have a passion for technology? An exciting opportunity exists to lead and develop a small team towards delivering ongoing operational management of Council infrastructure and security. This position will be responsible for overseeing the delivery, support, implementation, and operational maintenance of all Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services throughout Council under the direction of the Information Services Manager. To be successful in the role, you will require: Tertiary qualifications in Information and Communication Technology or demonstrated significant experience in information control and information technology services and systems. Comprehensive knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, computer hardware, and peripherals. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate team members. Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Well-developed project management, organisational, and time management skills. Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, SSL certificates, Microsoft Azure/Entra ID, and associated Microsoft licensing and cyber security framework strategies such as Essential 8, desirable.
