Job Description Administer, implement, configure, and maintain infrastructure hardware and software components. Perform maintenance patching and hardening activities as required. Identify and remediate Cyber related issues and vulnerabilities relating to any Infrastructure components. Converged Infrastructure implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Storage hardware implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Design, deploy and maintain infrastructure solutions and components based on the needs of the Technology department, wider APRA organisation and best practices. Secure administration (and the implementation of it). Firewall administration. Delivery of projects, both working autonomously and part of a larger group. Create, update, and maintain documentation for the Infrastructure solutions as they evolve. Interstate travel to branch office for maintenance and auditing purposes. The Successful Applicant Extensive knowledge of the latest software and hardware systems, including HPE hardware and virtualised/cloud environments. Strong expertise in: Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems (including Group Policy, Windows Active Directory, DNS, and ADFS). Linux Operating Systems. VMware virtualisation stack (vCenter, SRM, Lifecycle Manager, and ESX). Microsoft Azure Cloud. Anti-virus tools and solutions. Proven experience in utilising enterprise patch management systems to maintain secure and up-to-date environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical excellence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in complex IT infrastructures.
