If you've got a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies—Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM and Exchange—and you're skilled with VMware vCenter, we want to hear from you! What you'll be doing As a hands-on leader with a strong passion for customer support, you will take an active role in communicating and coordinating with clients, while also providing hands on resolution and technical guidance to the team. Key responsibilities include: Leading the team technically and providing clear direction. Overseeing the team's technical resolution of incidents and problems. Delivering technical support for the client/server environment. Ensuring the team meets ticket resolution deadlines in line with SLA requirements. Ensuring that patching and upgrades align with the client's needs and contracted SLAs. Collaborating with service providers to investigate and resolve issues with supported infrastructure and applications. Technical Mentoring staff to empower their growth and success in their roles. Working Conditions • Based in Symonston, ACT • Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance What will make you successful in this role? Required Ability to communicate often complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Experience supporting Windows Server including DNS, AD, Group Policy, SCCM/MECM, Exchange, Print Management, File Services, DHCP Experience with patching Windows systems Experience with VMWare vCenter Experience in RedHat systems Experience with enterprise storage such as NetApp. Experience with Data protection technologies such as Commvault Understanding of Azure/AWS and cloud concepts PowerShell Scripting for automation Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), ITIL) How to apply Recruitment Agencies/Headhunters: We got this covered.
