The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Innovations Manager to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. The Role As Innovation Manager, you will: Lead projects in product development, process improvement, and market trend analysis. Identify and implement new and innovative solutions to enhance operations. Conduct research on customer segmentation and value chain design, ensuring a paddock-to-plate approach. Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives across the supply chain. Develop and refine business models that align with design-led innovation and sustainability. Analyse market opportunities and assess the financial viability of new projects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking innovation within Harvey Beef. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: A master’s degree in a relevant field Strong expertise in global market trends, consumer research, and value chain design. Experience in design-led innovation and business model development Knowledge of paddock-to-plate principles and the red meat industry A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex systems and develop practical solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
