Stratco is looking for a motivated professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company. This position is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 30 hours across 4 days per week , including semi-regular weekends across a rotating roster. For the right candidate, we may offer a full-time, permanent position. RESPONSIBILITIES As a team member of our Gepps Cross Retail Customer Service Centre (CSC) team your role will include: Telephone customer service and sales Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email Accurate keying of customer orders Liaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams on product assembly and delivery Regular communication and interaction with store managers Reporting of customer service-related activities to Customer Relations Manager Participate in regular product and sales training ABOUT YOU Previous experience in customer service or internal sales Excellent data entry skills Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Previous experience in a busy Call Centre would be very favourably looked upon Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates REWARDS & BENEFITS Health & Wellbeing Initiatives | Traineeship & Apprentice Program | Career Development Opportunities | Paid Parental Leave | Employee Referral Incentive | Stratco Team Member Discount Card | Private Health Corporate Discount | Flu Vaccinations | Employee Assistance Programme OUR EVP At Stratco, manufacturing is our foundation, but our people are our future.
