HYTORC Adelaide, South Australia, Australia About the role HYTORC is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Adelaide, SA. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our innovative industrial fastening solutions. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the company's expansion and success. What you'll be doing Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and networking Qualify and nurture leads, building strong relationships with potential customers Respond to inbound sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets Provide excellent customer service and support to new and existing clients What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales or business development role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectors Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office suite is preferred Passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment What we offer At HYTORC, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
