Full-time Lawnton, Queensland 4501 Description About the Role This exciting inbound sales and design role is ideal for someone with proven experience in retail or sales who thrives on helping customers transition to energy independence. You’ll work in-office, handling high-quality inbound leads and lead-generated lists from top suppliers like Tesla. While we provide comprehensive solar training, a background in sales and customer engagement is essential. Your job will involve assisting customers by designing tailored solar solutions, preparing accurate quotes, and answering their questions with professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities Handle pre-qualified inbound leads: Follow up with customers to provide quotes and answer questions. Solar design & quoting: Use tools like OpenSolar to create tailored solar system designs and quotes based on customer needs and energy usage. Customer service: Assist customers that come into our office and provide professional advice to help customers understand their options. Appointment setting: Schedule in-person appointments for our energy consultants providing support and ensure a seamless handover. Data management: Accurately record customer details, leads, and quotes into the system. About You We’re looking for someone who brings retail, customer service or sales experience and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused role. Solar industry experience is a bonus but not required, as training is provided. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to: Be personable, professional, and confident over the phone and in person. Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Be tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
