Reporting to the Division Manager, Channel Management, Europe and liaising with relevant employees in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Product Management and Technical Services you will be responsible for maximizing sales of our products to defined customers in the assigned territory primarily through the use of telephone, video conferencing (eg Teams) and electronic correspondence. Our team here supports the Indian, European, Middle Eastern and African (iEMEA) territories for Neogen Corporation, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 2,000 people worldwide. What you’ll be doing: Responsible for maintaining and driving sales growth through the assigned territory (Ukraine) via distribution channel. Act as the primary point of contact for Ukrainian key customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively identify business opportunities. Be responsible for the first level of customer support regarding technical issues, complaints and product applications. Conduct regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance customer partnerships. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop tactics to expand the company's footprint in the market. Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics, adjust account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage. Receive and respond rapidly to customer enquiries, using all resources available. Extensive use of CRM providing updated and accurate information. Assist with general financial management of the territory, including setting budgets, obtaining forecasts, preparing reports as required. Market research follow up on mailings. About you: Previous sales experience in food related sales desirable. Life science, food related or other technical degree desirable. Excellent communication (verbal and written skills essential). Ukrainian and English language skills essential. Russian and Polish language skills desirable. Must be highly motivated, drive with excellent organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team, as well as own initiative.
