The Position - Entry level into Property Management - No experience or real estate registration required. This position requires 80% on-the-road duties - if you enjoy being on the road, and managing your own day, then this role is for you! Responsibilities Communicate with tenants and schedule all inspections for the week ahead. Conduct routine inspections, final bonds and PCRS. Compile property reports and other administration tasks. Ad hoc support to the property management team.
