About our team Strategy & Capability | Workforce Safety & Assurance | ABF College | Marine, Maritime & Littoral Faculty The Marine, Maritime & Littoral Faculty delivers an integrated curriculum of specialist vocational training to enable officers deployed in the maritime domain to undertake operational roles. The Faculty has three delivery streams, Marine, Maritime and Littoral Vessel, each headed up by a Chief Instructor. The Faculty is seeking to fill a vacant Instructor, Maritime Training position. The position is based at the Neutral Bay Campus in Sydney, NSW. Instructors in the Marine, Maritime & Littoral Faculty are eligible for the Advance Capability Trainer Allowance of $12,400 on achieving the required qualifications. Duties and responsibilities Delivery the Faculty's maritime training curriculum in a highly effective manner Contribute to the design, development and evaluation of maritime training Present and facilitate training to audiences of various sizes, including delivery of physically demanding and specialised maritime training. The successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (AGSVA) security clearance, and: ABF Workers will also be required to obtain and maintain an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC). Home Affairs Workers will also be required to obtain and maintain an Onboarding Check. In certain circumstances, an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC) may be required in addition to, or in lieu of, an Onboarding Check, which will be determined by the delegate as necessary.
