ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE: In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Surgical Set up Person in our Sterile Stores department at our Fitzroy campus. This role will be part time / full time, working up to 38 hours per week and will be pivotal in supporting the Operating Theatre Team and Sterilising Department with assembly of surgical consumables and instrumentation for surgical procedures. You will bring your passion to the role where you will work with the Operating Theatre, Sterilising and Supply Departments to support Surgical Services. ABOUT YOU: As an outstanding Instrument Technician Surgical Setups, you are a master at working in an Operating Theatre environment, with ability to self-direct and prioritise work tasks based on surgical scheduling and day to day activity. Your skills will include: Knowledge of medical/surgical terminology, procedures and equipment. Ability to navigate and use computer technology.
