The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves Qualifications 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience Some industry or product knowledge preferred; a high school diploma is required Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills Proven track record in sales Compensation $65,000+ at plan About New York Life - Central Florida About New York Life New York Life is a Fortune 100 company with a long history of doing good.
