Widen your skillset and add professional indemnity experience; manage your own file load, report to a number of partners; policy interpretation; 2-3 years’ PAE. Complex common law matters Policy interpretation Claims management issues Skills & Experience You will be a General Insurance lawyer at the 2-3 year level who would like to move up to an Associate position . You will have experience in property damage but would also like to widen your skill set to professional indemnity. Your New Role This role will see you work with two Partners – one undertakes a range of insurance lines including life insurance, general liability, fraud, professional indemnity, personal injury, property damage, business interruption , fidelity insurance, health and debt recovery. The other Partner focuses on liability and professional indemnity, particularly in the fields of construction and engineering. Proactively and actively managing your own file load in the best National mid-tier insurance teams .
