We’re looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join our Operations Support team as an Integrated Activity Planner (IAP) on a permanent basis in Perth. As an Integrated Activity Planner, you will play a critical role in coordinating and optimising medium-to-long-term operational and maintenance activities across multiple functions. Your efforts will help ensure operational efficiency, minimise downtime, and maximise productivity across the business. You’ll collaborate with key departments, including operations, engineering, maintenance, logistics, and project teams, to develop integrated activity plans that align with business goals and operational constraints. Key responsibilities: Optimise Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize resource use and minimize operational disruptions. Plan Integration and Optimisation: Integrate INPEX functional plans (Maintenance, Campaigns, Production, Logistics, Projects etc) for early identification of synergies and conflicts to develop and agree solutions that benefit INPEX. Understand Business Planning and Budgeting: Have a foundational understanding of business planning and budgeting cycles. Foster Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with IAP stakeholders, ensuring plans are accurate and optimised to allow for informed, risk-based decision-making. Manage Equipment Availability and Maintenance Strategies: Understand equipment availability, reliability, and maintenance strategies to support operational goals. Support Asset Lifecycle and Facility Operations: Contribute to Asset Lifecycle Management and support Facility Operations, including Production, Maintenance, Planning, and Scheduling. What we’re looking for: A Technical Trade or Engineering Diploma, or relevant industry experience in a similar role. Proven experience in a Planning role, with a preference for industry-specific experience. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Prometheus, or other scheduling tools, highly desired. Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, preferably SAP. Training may be provided for the right candidate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration, drive teamwork, and contribute to an inclusive team culture. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to influence decisions and contribute to optimising processes. This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
