Integration Lead Developer / Manager (WebMethods) Are you an Integration Specialist looking towards their next big permanent challenge and wanting to step up into a people management role? Skills: Strong technical expertise in Customer Integration related platforms (particularly WebMethods or Salesforce ) including configuration, customisation, and integration with other systems. Proficient in integration with Active Directory and other identity and user access related applications. Experience with APEX. Knowledge of CRM technologies and architectures, particularly covering Salesforce.com. Experience with managing customer data and developing customer-focused applications. Understanding of customer experience principles and best practices. Willingness to learn WebMethods as an integration technology. Strong understanding of database management systems and data architecture. Responsibilities: This is a key technical role which is responsible for overseeing and managing the portfolio of enterprise applications. This role will provide technical expertise and leadership in the development, implementation, and support maintenance of these applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and security. Manage all components of the application in this portfolio including apps, content management system (CMS), integration and backend. Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users, as well as conducting regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Liaise with vendors to ensure successful delivery of application maintenance and development. Line management of anywhere between 4-10 developers.
