The Role This is a new and exciting opportunity to work on a recent strategic partnership entered into by Allianz Australia. As the Integration Lead for the Risk and Compliance stream you will work closely with the Head of Strategic Excellence to deliver and execute on transition and integration activities. This is a wide-ranging role that will tap into your experiences of risk and compliance practices, operating model design, change management and regulatory engagement. Familiarity or prior involvement in M&A activity will hold you in good stead. Main Responsibilities Lead integration activities for the Risk & Compliance workstream associated with a recent strategic partnership. Drive and determine business readiness, including over CPS 230, R&C Frameworks, Regulatory engagement and exemptions. Drive and manage transition activities, including updating and/or aligning R&C processes and documents, reviewing existing Risk Profiles including risks and key controls. Review and oversight of risk, compliance and regulatory uplift/projects. Assess existing maturity and deliver R&C training as required. Assess and monitor delivery and delivered risk. Lead or support the Head of Strategic Excellence as required, in implementing, executing and optimising R&C processes and activities. About you Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting or Law preferred. Extensive experience within management consulting and strategy or risk management experience acquired in a complex, matrixed financial services organisation. Experience with M&A or integration/transition activities highly desirable. Highly developed stakeholder management and engagement skills to influence and communicate change and implementation of strategic initiatives and integration activities. Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, demonstrating the capability to analyse and interpret complex information from a broad range of sources (locally and internationally) and to present findings in a clear and compelling manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence through structured presentations and story boards.
