Integration/Data Migration Lead | Strategic Disability Services Project We're seeking an experienced Integration/Data Migration Lead to join a transformative project for a leading disability services provider. This is a critical role overseeing the successful migration of client and staff data into a new Client Management System (CMS). Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end data migration strategy from legacy systems to new CMS. Identify data requirements and map data fields between systems. Develop and execute data cleansing protocols to ensure data quality and integrity. Create data migration templates and oversee data extraction/transformation processes. Coordinate virtual and in-person data collection for missing or corrupted records. Manage the migration of approximately 300 participant and 300 staff records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data integrity post-migration. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading complex data migration projects in healthcare or social services. Strong technical expertise in data mapping, ETL processes, and data quality management. Experience with CMS/ERP implementations, particularly in NDIS or healthcare environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to document migration processes and train staff on data management best practices.
